Most frequent questions and answers

Direct to garment printing (DTG) is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head.

We advise all of our customers to wash their printed garments at 30 degrees C. Do not iron directly onto the printed area.

Our typical turn around is 3 – 10 days for custom orders. This can vary and often your delivery is much faster than this. If you require urgent products then please inform a member of our team.

*Rushed orders may incur an increased delivery cost

You can supply your own garments. This will need to be discussed with a team member and then delivery arranged at the customers expense.
However we will not replace or refund any misprinted or spoiled garments.

You supply the garments at your own risk.
