Direct to garment printing (DTG) is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head.
How do I make my garments last?
We advise all of our customers to wash their printed garments at 30 degrees C. Do not iron directly onto the printed area.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Our typical turn around is 3 – 10 days for custom orders. This can vary and often your delivery is much faster than this. If you require urgent products then please inform a member of our team.
*Rushed orders may incur an increased delivery cost
You can supply your own garments. This will need to be discussed with a team member and then delivery arranged at the customers expense.
However we will not replace or refund any misprinted or spoiled garments.
You supply the garments at your own risk.
What are the artwork requirements?
- Minimum 150DPI
- RGB
- PNG – For Embroidery and Heat Transfer Vinyl We prefer SVG or PDF formats
- No Semi – transparent colours
- Edges must be sharp
- No metallic colours available when printing
We will not print copywrited material or any designs that may incite hatred.
